There are several reasons why you may not be able to publish your tour:
- You have not yet submitted a TaaS order. On our Realtor plans, you must submit a TaaS order before you can publish your tour. You cannot publish the tour before this. For more instructions on how to place a TaaS order, please see the following FAQ article: How do I order a tour?
- You have uploaded photos after submitting your TaaS order. If you need to add more photos to your tour after submitting it to be built, please see the following FAQ article: Can I add more photos to my tour once my order is completed?
- Your company name is returning an error. For more details on this, please see the following FAQ article: Why is my company name being rejected?
- Your subscription is inactive. You must have an active subscription in order to publish your tours.
