There are three criteria for your company name:
- The name cannot exist on another account
- The name cannot include an '@' symbol
- The name must have at least 3 characters
These criteria were updated in December 2020. If you created an account before then, you may be asked to update your company name when you next publish a tour.
If you are part of a larger brokerage company, we recommend that your company name include something that is specific to your office to avoid using a name that already exists. For example, you can include your office location (e.g., EyeSpy360 - Edgware), or your own name following the larger company brand (e.g., EyeSpy360 - Jane Doe).
