Why is my tour locked?

After you've submitted your 360 photos to our team as a TaaS order, we begin to process your order so we can build your 360 tour, 3D model and 2D floor plan for you. While your order is being processed your tour will be locked inside your account. It will appear greyed out with a padlock in the top right hand corner. Once your order is complete your tour will be unlocked and you can proceed to customise your completed tour.
