If your office is ordering tours and doesn't have direct access to a credit card, or if you frequently order lots of tours and want to save money on those orders, adding credit to your account balance is a quick and easy solution. You can add credit into your account balance from inside the TaaS window when submitting a tour. To do this please follow these steps:
1. Login to your EyeSpy360 account.
2. Create a new tour and follow the order process as normal until you reach the tour order window.
If you're not ready to submit a new order, you can access the order window via the Demo Tour inside your account dashboard. Just click on this tour and then click the red Build My Tour button above the donut shaped images.
3. After clicking the Build My Tour button, this will open the tour order window. Click the Add Credit button.
4. You will then be able to select how much credit you wish to add to your account balance. At present we have six options available:
$100 / £100 / €100 + 3% Bonus Credit
$250 / £250 / €250 + 5% Bonus Credit
$500 / £500 / €500 + 10% Bonus Credit
$1,000 / £1,000 / €1,000 + 11% Bonus Credit
$2,500 / £2,500 / €2,500 + 12% Bonus Credit
$5,000 / £5,000 / €5,000 + 15% Bonus Credit
$7,500 / £7,500 / €7,500 + 17% Bonus Credit
$10,000 / £10,000 / €10,000 + 20% Bonus Credit
(N.B. currency will adjust to reflect your region where supported. Default currency will be in USD).
Click the Buy button next to your chosen credit option. You will then be prompted to enter your payment information for this credit.
5. Once payment is complete, this credit will immediately be added to your account balance. You will then be able to proceed with submitting your order.
