You can cancel your EyeSpy360 subscription at any time. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Login to your EyeSpy360 account.
2. Click on the Settings tab in your account dashboard.
3. Under the heading Subscription, click the Cancel Subscription button.
This will immediately cancel your subscription. Your account will be downgraded to EyeSpy Free and your tours will be automatically unpublished.
If you wish to renew your account at a later date, you can certainly do so at any time by logging into your account and clicking the Change button under the Subscription heading in the Settings tab. You will then be able to select your chosen subscription plan and once active you will be able to republish all of your tours immediately.

If you cannot find the Cancel Subsr button, then you are likely on a Pay As You Go plan - as there is no subscription on this plan, you do not need to cancel anything.
