Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. To do this, login to your EyeSpy360 account and head to the Settings tab in your account dashboard. Under the heading Subscription, click the Change button. You will then be prompted to select the plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade to and then enter your payment information. 


Once you've entered your payment information, your account will automatically change over to this new plan immediately. If you change your subscription mid-month or after your latest billing, our accounts department will issue a pro-rata refund.
