We highly advise entering the correct camera lens height when submitting your initial order.
We are able to change the camera lens height inside a completed order, however this involves rebuilding the entire 3D model and 2D floor plan from scratch. If you wish to have your camera lens height changed inside a tour, please email us at support@eyespy360.com and let us know the name of your tour as well as the correct camera lens height in millimetres (mm).
Please note that as this process involves rebuilding the 3D model and 2D floor plan inside your tour, this will incur an additional processing fee.
