Yes, you can certainly take 2D still photos from inside your 360 tour. In order to do this, please follow these steps:
1. Login to your EyeSpy360 account.
2. Click on your chosen tour. This will open your tour editor.
3. Double click on a donut shaped image to enter 360 View.
4. Click and drag your screen to rotate your field of view until you are in the desired position.
5. Click the 2D Still button at the top of your screen.
6. This will then open your Screenshot Preview. We have two aspect ratios you can select: 4:3 and 16:9. You can change the aspect ratio by clicking the options in the Screenshot Window at the top of your screen. Please find examples of both below:

7. If you wish to autotune your image, select the AUTO TUNE function in the Screenshot Window at the top of your screen.
8. When you're ready to export your image, just click the red Save button in the Screenshot Window. This will then export your image and download automatically to your device.
Please note: Your info labels and hotspots will not be included inside your exported photo. Our system automatically removes any hotspots or menu bars so that you can use these exported 2D stills immediately.
