Yes, you can use our blur tool inside our platform to blur out elements inside your 360 photos. To do this please follow these steps:


1. Position your screen over the area you wish to blur. You will need to be able to fully view the area you wish to blur.

2. Click the Blur button at the top of your screen.

3. Click on the screen to begin drawing around the area you wish to blur. For example, if you wish to blur a number plate on a car, you would draw a rectangle shape with the blur tool around the number plate. In order to complete your drawing do make sure that you link back to your initial point in order to create the blurring field around your chosen element. 

4. Repeat this process for all elements you wish to blur inside your 360 photo.

5. Once you are ready to blur these elements, click the Apply button at the bottom of your screen. This will then blur out your selected areas inside your 360 photo. 


6. To save your changes to your published tour you will need to republish your tour in order to update it. Double click on the donut shaped image you wish your tour to start on. This will open 360 View. 

7. Position your screen in your desired starting position and then click the red Publish button in the top right of your screen. This will republish your tour and update it with your changes.


If you wish to delete a blurred element from your tour, please follow these steps:


1. Click the Blur button at the top of your screen.

2. Click the button next to the blurred element you wish to delete.

3. Click the Apply button at the bottom of you screen for these changes to take effect. 


If you wish to delete all of the blurred elements inside your 360 photo, click the Trash icon inside the Blur pop up window that appears when you click the Blur button. This will reset your 360 photo to its original state.


If your blurred elements have previously been published, you will need to republish your tour in order to remove these elements from your published link. Double click on the donut shaped image you wish your tour to start on. This will open 360 View. Position your screen in your desired starting position and then click the red Publish button in the top right of your screen. This will republish your tour and update it with your changes.
