Your profile contains the contact information used for your account as well as your user avatar. Your avatar will appear in the top left corner of your tours if you are online to take LIVE calls, or if you have a PLAY recording on your tour. These details will also be used as a part of your teaser videos if selected.
You can change or update your profile at any time. To do so, please follow these steps:
1. Login to your EyeSpy360 account.
2. Click your name in the top right corner, and select My Profile from the drop down menu. This will open a new window.
3. To change any contact details, choose the Details tab on the right. You will then be able to update your information directly.
4. To change your avatar, choose the Avatar tab on the right, then click the Select Image button. Upload your preferred avatar image, then adjust the size of the image using the slider.
5. Once you've made all your changes, click the Save Changes button to update your account.
