Download Floor Plan as a .pdf file:
To download your floor plan as a .pdf file, please follow these steps:
1. Login to your EyeSpy360 account.
2. Click on Published Link icon for your chosen tour. This will open your tour's Publish Window.
3. Inside the Publish Window, you will see the Floor Plan heading. Just below this is a button labelled Save to PDF. Click this to download your floor plan as a PDF document. 
Download Floor Plan as a .svg file:
You can download your floor plan as a .svg from inside your published tour. To do this, open your published tour and click on the floor plan icon in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. This will open your floor plan. Right click on your floor plan and then click on the Save Image As button in the drop down menu. This will then download your floor plan as a .svg file to your device.
