If you already have a pre-existing floor plan of your property and you wish to use this instead of a floor plan generated by our team, you can certainly include this inside your tour. You are able to add your own floor plan before submitting your TaaS order. To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your EyeSpy360 account.

2. Click on your chosen tour in your dashboard.

3. Single click on a donut shaped image inside your tour editor once all of your 360 photos have successfully uploaded. For the purpose of this FAQ page, we will call this donut shaped image Room A.

4. At the top of your screen, click on the grey Plan button. This will open a new window.

5. Click on the Add Floor button in the top left hand corner of your screen. This will open your device's File Explorer and you will be prompted to upload your floor plan.

Please note: Your floor plan will need to be in a .jpg image file format in order to upload.

6. If you have a file for each floor of the property, repeat this process until all of your floors have been uploaded.

7a. Once uploaded, your floor plan image files will appear inside the Plan window. If you click on one of these images you can choose to rename or delete that image from your tour's Floor Plan. You can also use the Move Down and Move Up buttons to reorder your floor plan image files.

8a. When satisfied with your floor plan images, click the close button and proceed to submit your TaaS order as usual.

If you wish to add a floor plan after a TaaS order is completed, you can follow steps 1-6 outlined above before proceeding with these steps:

7b. Once your floor plan image files have uploaded you will need to add markers to integrate your floor plan into your tour. To do this, click the Put Marker button inside the Plan window after uploading your floor plan. Next click Room A on your floor plan. This will create a red circle which is a marker linking your donut shaped image for Room A to the depiction of Room A in your floor plan.

8b. You can then close the plan window and repeat this process for your additional donut shaped images throughout your tour to represent all of them on your floor plan.

9. In order to save your changes, you will need to republish to update your published tour. Double click on the donut shaped image you wish your tour to start on. This will open 360 View.

10. Position your screen in your desired starting position and then click the red Publish button at the top of your screen. This will republish your tour and update it with your changes.
