When uploading your photos you may receive an error saying "Not a 360 image". This error appears if your photos are unstitched or in the incorrect file format. An unstitched 360 image will appear as two circular images on a black background. In this instance, the image has been exported from the 360 camera in its RAW file format. You will need to check how to export as a stitched 2:1 equirectangular .jpg from your specific camera model.
A fully stitched 2:1 equirectangular .jpg will look like this:
If your image looks like this but you are still receiving an error message, it may be that your image is no longer in a 2:1 aspect ratio. This may happen if your image has been cropped or edited in Photoshop. To fix this, make sure to return to your original exported image from your camera and that any edits or changes made to your photo maintain the 2:1 aspect ratio. We recommend against cropping your 360 photos as this creates stitching errors that are clearly visible inside your tours.
