If your tour has been unpublished, you can publish it again directly from your tour editor. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Login to your EyeSpy360 Account.
2. Click on the tour you wish to republish. This will open your tour editor.
3. Double click on the donut shaped image you wish your tour to start on. This will open 360 View.
4. Position your screen so that you are seeing how you want your tour to start. For example, if you want the tour to start looking directly at the front door, make sure you are looking at the front door in the viewer.
5. Click the red Publish button in the top right of your screen. This will then republish your tour.
6. When complete the publish window will appear with the message Tour Published Successfully. This means that your tour has been republished.
If the Publish button opens the order window, then you either have not submitted your tour to our team to build, or you have uploaded additional photos that our team needs to process. You can submit your order from this window, and our team will process your tour within 24 hours and publish it for you.
